Ep 11 • Naskademini
ABout Naskademini
Born in Montreal, Naskademini began his career as a web designer in his hometown but always had a passion for photography and visual storytelling. In 2009, Naskademini opened his first creative studio in the south-west of Montreal and began focusing most of his energy on his new passion while still servicing his web design clients.
In 2013, Naskademini decided to change his career path to focus strictly on portrait and people photography. This bold move proved to be a calling because soon after he had a portfolio filled with high profile people, brands and companies who all borrowed his eye and vision to execute on their companies storytelling.
His commercial clients in the fashion and lifestyle industry include Nike, Cadillac, CBC, Aldo, Little Burgundy, Veuve Cliquot, Timberland, Puma and many more.
Naskademini's work appears regularly on online publications and magazines like Variety, Esquire, Complex, Enroute, Hypebeast and others. In 2015, he was commissioned by leading tech company Shopify to travel across the United States giving lectures and workshops on photography.
His work and passion has led him to teach and share his gifts with others and take on a mentorship role working with under privileged kids in neighboring high-schools showing them how to tap into their passion and potential in the creative field.
Since 2018, he has been working on his first photography book that is slated to be released in 2021. Naskademini says he is still writing his bio one frame at a time.
Naskademini lives in Montreal, but follows his work around the world.
