Jarrad Henderson is a two-time Emmy award winning senior video producer for USA Today’s Investigative and Enterprise video unit. Recognized for being a forward thinking, digital savvy, media and video production expert, Henderson helps others pursue their dreams of becoming visual storytellers through his roles as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies, Multimedia Judge for the Hearst Journalism Awards Program and as the Chair of the National Association of Black Journalists - Visual Task Force. When he’s not working, you can find him at the nearest roller rink, singing along to your favorite R&B artist.

In your opinion, what is the most/least diverse field of photography?:
I would think that traditional photography is more diverse. Film is the least diverse. I know several black cinematographers and that landscape hasn't changed much in the last 20 years.
